We want you to be completely satisfied with Back to Pitch. If our program is not right for you, we offer a straightforward refund process.
If you are not satisfied with your program within the first 7 days of your subscription, you are eligible for a full refund. No questions asked. Simply contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
Email us at support@backtopitch.com with your name and the email address used to purchase. We will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
After the first 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain access until the end of your paid period.
Cancelling your subscription stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you wish to cancel and also receive a refund within the eligible window, please state this clearly in your email.
